At Lumyoro, we are committed to providing quality fashion products and a positive shopping experience. Please review our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free from perfume, stains, odors, alterations, or damage
- Be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Lumyoro reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet these conditions.
2. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, customers must contact Lumyoro within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Product name
- Reason for exchange
- Clear photographs if applicable
Once approved, exchange instructions will be provided.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, Lumyoro may offer an alternative product or store credit at its discretion.
3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:
- The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Where Lumyoro has supplied a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Lumyoro will bear the reasonable shipping costs associated with the exchange.
4. Refund Policy
Lumyoro generally does not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Delayed delivery caused by third-party courier services
Refunds may be considered where:
- The product received is defective
- The product received is damaged upon delivery
- The incorrect item was supplied
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable UAE consumer protection laws
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Sale Items
Products purchased during:
- Promotional sales
- Clearance events
- Special discounts
- Bundle offers
- Limited-time sale campaigns
are generally not eligible for refund or exchange.
However, sale items may still qualify for replacement or refund if they are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or where required by applicable law.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly supplied
please notify Lumyoro within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers should provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Lumyoro will assess the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
7. Product Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible.
However, actual colors may vary slightly due to:
- Photography lighting
- Studio conditions
- Screen settings
- Mobile device displays
- Monitor calibration differences
Minor color variations do not constitute a product defect and are not grounds for refund.
8. Size Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for reviewing available size information before placing an order.
While Lumyoro strives to provide accurate sizing details, minor measurement variations may occur.
Size-related exchange requests may be accepted subject to:
- Availability of replacement stock
- Compliance with this policy
- Applicable shipping charges
9. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, customization, or product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
This may include:
- Customized products
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items specifically marked as non-returnable
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to a courier partner, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Lumyoro's liability is limited to the purchase value of the product purchased through our store.
Lumyoro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

Where local consumer protection regulations require a different remedy, such regulations shall prevail.
